German painting from late 19th century. Framework oil on canvas depicting a copy of a famous painting by Veronese, portrait of a young noblewoman of good pictorial quality. Modern frame in wood and plaster nicely carved and gilded. Painting that has undergone an intense conservative restoration and color recovery (see photo).
